Tekken 5/DR- Never owned Tekken 5 but got the PSP with this game. TTT1- Had it played it a bit was not fond of the switching thing. But oh boy when I got it, ♥♥♥♥ blew my mind. Mainly becasue my family was to poor to afford new gen ♥♥♥♥ at the time. Tekken 4- Got it half way through the PS2 life span. One of my favorite in the series due to the fond memories. Tekken 3- First time owning a console one of the first games I ever had on the PS1 and played the ♥♥♥♥ out of it rightfully so. Tekken 1- Played it once but cant remember it to well Tekken 7 - not out yet but hyped as ♥♥♥♥, I really want to go back to basics on this one and try to learn a few things I didn't by this point, never really learned how to juggle so now that I'll have a new iteration to play with and be cool trying out a few things, maybe i'll go back to basics with some characters and try and learn some stuff. Still need to learn a lot of things but it's cool. what is it with this series and ridiculous bosses for the past two iterations? I'm currently playing this on the ppsspp and it's cool, i kinda like it. Nice to see a degree of character customization. that aside, loved ranking up in arcade and learning a few things along the way. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ what the crap is this? Jinpachi? sonofa. i'm still on board, still like it, love the series, love using bryan but. Tekken 4 - was cool, a bit of a chance of pace since Tekken 3 but it was still cool, nice to see some new characters show up. TTT1 - it was cool, large roster, many characters I didn't know back then, so it was cool to try out some mechanics and just play with as many characters as I could. Tekken 3 - frigging godlike, loved everything about it Tekken 1 - shamefully did not get to play it Wasn't initially a fan of the rage system, but came to work around that. Upset that all the characters were unlocked from the start. Just looked less arcadey to me and less clean, not sure how to put it well. Didn't take a huge liking to the differing visual style compared to 5. Tekken 6 - Was obsessed to platinum it even though wasn't the biggest fan of scenario. Devil Within was an interesting change of pace, but wasn't super huge on it. Noticed the meta change a bit, with juggling taking a higher emphasis. Never used lasers, felt cheap and too easily punishable, I just treat him as a cooler looking T3 Jin. Had all of my favorite parts of Tekken 3 Jin, with some extra perks. Didn't utilize tag mode often, mostly treated it as a 1v1. Loved that it was still essentially Tekken 3, but next gen. Imo best soundtrack out of all of the games and I listen to it near daily still. Was very upset at Jin's new fighting style so I mained Hworang. I remember the difference of being able to hold up up or down down to continually circle around the enemy. Tekken 4 - I fell off a bit around this time from Tekken. Used to get so frustrated in Tekken Force. Inspired by Hwoarang to take Tae Kwon Do and did so for 10 years. Learned to play and love the mishima style from Jin. Felt like a next gen game in terms of graphics and mechanics compared to 2. Roger/Alex theme forever stuck in my head. Emotionless passion OST one of my favorites. Also Heihachi's ugly mug in character select. Tekken 1 - Bit too young to remember, I remember galaga and the baseball field map above all else.
